🤩
RockstarSnir David is a pragmatic CTO and systems architect with 11 years of software experience, currently leading Captain Up’s technical growth from ~1M to over 500M daily events. He combines hands-on full‑stack development (Redis, Mongo, MySQL, Ruby on Rails, Python) with proven leadership—transforming small, self-managed teams into structured engineering organizations and instituting processes that improve communication and prioritization. Snir has repeatedly designed high-throughput systems (scaling projects from 100k to 100M+ items/day) and led complex integrations with enterprise partners. Based in Tel Aviv, he blends product-minded engineering with operational discipline and a knack for pragmatic scalability that surfaces in both startups and growth-stage companies.
