Summary
🤩
RockstarSreekanth Sreekumar is a software development engineer with four years of experience building full-stack web and cloud-native systems, currently working at AWS while completing an MS in Computer Science at the University of Pittsburgh. He combines production engineering experience from ServiceNow and AWS with hands-on research in clinical NLP and ML—publishing work on transformer-based health-literacy quantification and leading applied projects in patient clustering, sleep anomaly detection, and hearing-loss classification. Comfortable across Java, TypeScript/NodeJS, React, and Python-based ML stacks, he has improved developer velocity by refactoring deployment abstractions and built open-source-friendly tooling for cloud deployments. Based in Seattle, he seeks collaborations that bridge open distributed systems and ML research, uniquely blending product-grade engineering with academic rigor in healthcare applications.
