Top SchoolStanislav Kinsburskii is a Principal Software Engineer based in Redmond with over a decade of deep systems and kernel engineering experience, currently driving low-level platform reliability at Microsoft. He has a strong track record at cloud and virtualization leaders—AWS Nitro, Virtuozzo/OpenVZ, Parallels—where he designed kernel features for persistent crash recovery, live migration, and advanced memory management on ARM64 and x86_64 fleets. His work spans kernel subsystems, distributed storage and firmware for NUMA systems, and tooling that keeps large cloud fleets secure and performant, and he has contributed production patches to mainline Linux. Stanislav combines research credentials (PhD-level training) with hands-on delivery, including novel open-source tooling like SPFS and NSB for live migration and user-space patching—solutions that emphasize architecture portability and minimal downtime.
