Top SchoolStanislav Zmiev is a tech lead and platform engineer with 9 years of experience building developer-focused infrastructure and distributed systems from Serbia. Currently leading the Sema Intelligence Platform, he previously architected Python-first platform tooling at Monite, owning 54 internal libraries, 42 microservices, and an open-source API versioning framework that simplified long-term API maintenance. He excels at boosting developer velocity and reliability—measured gains include 40% efficiency improvements and dramatic reductions in onboarding and type-related errors through tooling, linters, and strong typing. Stanislav combines hands-on backend design (DSLs, event gateways, CI) with leadership roles on architectural councils and cross-team mentoring. He’s an open-source enthusiast who pragmatically removes operational burdens so teams can ship independently. Unexpectedly, his background includes building Android control tools for robotics and game-backend orchestration, showing a knack for applying platform thinking across diverse domains.
