Senior🎓
Top SchoolStefan H is a Software Solutions Architect with 12 years of experience designing and delivering scalable web and mobile applications from concept to production. Based in Swindon, he combines hands-on coding discipline—producing clean, maintainable systems—with visible leadership as the primary point of contact for complex projects at uMotif. His background spans indie web and iOS development, bespoke plugin and server management, and leading engineering teams, giving him a rare mix of product-facing empathy and low-level technical ownership. A clear communicator who challenges established processes, he thrives on solving thorny integration and scalability problems while keeping teams aligned. Unusually for an architect, he continues to sustain a self-employed web practice, retaining practical experience with deployments, migrations and long-term maintenance.
