Top SchoolStefan Pölz is a Senior Software Engineer with eight years of professional experience specializing in C# and the .NET ecosystem, currently contributing to Sentry after leadership and senior engineering roles across Tricentis, Trayport and other European tech shops. He champions Clean Code and test-driven development to build maintainable, production-grade software and has a track record of improving code quality in domain-critical systems. An active Microsoft MVP and JetBrains community contributor, he pairs hands-on engineering with visible community leadership—co-organizing DotNetDevs.at, speaking at events, streaming live coding, and maintaining open-source projects. Stefan blends practical feature delivery with developer experience improvements, often using tooling and automation to scale team effectiveness. Based in Vienna, he balances day-job work at Sentry with a public-facing developer persona (Twitch, YouTube, StackOverflow), making knowledge sharing a first-class aspect of his craft. Notably, he treats content creation and live coding as part of his engineering practice, using public feedback loops to refine libraries and workflows he authors.
