Senior🎓
Top SchoolStefan Wienert is a seasoned lead web developer with 15 years of experience building and operating Ruby on Rails products, currently driving engineering at pludoni GmbH and leading projects at DMTG GmbH. He blends hands-on full-stack development—Rails backends, Tailwind/Vue/TypeScript frontends—with DevOps expertise in Docker, Ansible, Terraform and a terminal-first workflow (Tmux + Neovim). At pludoni he architected dozens of job boards, a GDPR-compliant ATS and integrated analytics, billing and acquisition services while mentoring junior engineers. Passionate about bikes, he launched MyBike.Parts, a review-aggregator and German-language YouTube channel that quickly drew an engaged audience by surfacing hard-to-find parts reviews. Self-taught in Rails and an active side-project/open-source contributor on GitHub, he pairs practical engineering craftsmanship with a user-focused product mindset.
