Senior🎓
Top SchoolStefano Alletti is a Lead Developer with 11 years of experience building robust, enterprise-grade web platforms across media, telecom and advertising (France Télévisions, Le Figaro, L'Express, Bouygues, Meetic). He specializes in Symfony-based backends (Api Platform, DDD, Clean Architecture) paired with modern frontends (React, Vue.js) and solid DevOps practices (Docker, CI/CD, monitoring). At iad Group he architects the real estate ad distribution system and previously built a candidate onboarding platform from scratch, both grounded in PostgreSQL and scalable API design. His track record shows repeated responsibility for migrating legacy systems to modern Symfony stacks and decomposing monoliths into microservices for payment and high-traffic features. Comfortable in cross-functional Agile teams, he emphasizes test automation, code quality tools and message-driven architectures (Messenger, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch). Multilingual and internationally trained (Italy/France), he brings a pragmatic blend of software craftsmanship and product-minded delivery.
