Top SchoolStein Fletcher is a Staff Engineer with 11 years of experience designing and delivering distributed, cloud-native systems across finance, e-commerce and government sectors. He has led backend architecture and platform initiatives—building event-driven payment systems, self-service developer platforms, and cross-cutting tooling using AWS, Terraform and Kubernetes—to improve delivery velocity and developer experience. Comfortable hands-on across the stack, Stein has implemented serverless solutions, microservices in Go/Java/Python, CI/CD pipelines and secure auth patterns for high‑stakes environments. His background includes mission-critical work for European space agencies and pragmatic consulting roles where he frequently shifted between engineer, tech lead and delivery lead responsibilities.
