Top SchoolStephen Badger is an experienced engineering leader and Head of Experience Platforms with 18 years building cloud-native, CI/CD and orchestration-driven systems across enterprise and healthcare domains. He combines deep Java and platform expertise with hands-on operational experience in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Jenkins and Terraform to design multi-tenant, security-conscious architectures for regulated environments. Stephen has led platform strategy and delivery for clients at ecx.io/IBM and earlier drove CI/CD and content management solutions at Cisco and CloudBees, routinely collaborating with global teams across wide timezones. He’s equally comfortable presenting architecture to C-level stakeholders as he is writing the pipelines and playbooks that make automated deployments reliable. Notably, he architected a multi-tenant pacemaker-monitoring SaaS platform with defence-in-depth and cross-jurisdictional data isolation, demonstrating his ability to translate stringent compliance needs into pragmatic engineering. Based in Winnersh, UK, he pairs systems-level thinking with a pragmatic focus on shipping repeatable, secure solutions.
