Top SchoolSteve Bennett is a veteran technology entrepreneur and CEO with over a decade of hands-on experience founding and leading mobile-first companies, including Electric Pocket and Pocket Mariner. He combines deep technical leadership—former CTO at Boo.com and Chief Software Architect at AT&T—with product-driven R&D from his time at HP, focusing on mobile and cloud application invention and commercialization. His teams have shipped consumer and commercial maritime products like Boat Beacon and AIS Watch, translating complex real-time AIS data into usable navigation and tracking services. Skilled in taking projects from initial discovery through agile delivery and client engagement, he has a reputation for solving technically challenging problems on time and on budget. An INSEAD YMP alumnus with a first-class physics degree from Birmingham, he blends rigorous analytical thinking with practical business acumen.
