Top SchoolSteve Hibbert is a data and systems consultant with 11 years of professional experience, currently running Faceless Corporation Ltd. and advising clients through Continuum Consulting on Alteryx- and DataRobot-driven data modernisation. He combines deep financial markets domain knowledge—from futures and options trading support to building resilient Pats trading systems—with broad hands-on technical expertise across full-stack and Windows-centric environments. Steve has repeatedly bridged roles between developer, sysadmin and support lead—most notably tackling long-lived bugs in Zopa’s enterprise C#/MSSQL platform and stepping in as interim sysadmin—demonstrating a practical, systems-thinking approach under pressure. With an M.Sc. in Lasers and Applied Optical Physics from Imperial College, he brings analytical rigor and a habit of simplifying complex workflows so data owners can locate, clean and monetise their data.
