Top SchoolSteve Pringle is an experienced IT professional with over a decade supporting and maintaining campus-scale infrastructure, currently serving as a Computer Support Assistant at Essex County College. He has progressed through hands-on roles from Repair Lab Aide to Lab Coordinator, building expertise in rapid image deployment, bare-metal and hypervisor server support, and multi-vendor printer and endpoint maintenance. Steve pairs technical troubleshooting with training and team leadership—regularly onboarding IT aides and coordinating repair lab workflows—so operational reliability and user proficiency improve together.
