Top SchoolSteven Hildreth is a seasoned DevOps and software engineering leader with 20+ years of hands-on experience and 11 years in senior technical management, currently serving as Global Senior Manager, DevOps at WSP. He has repeatedly led large cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to modernize platforms, migrate cloud providers (including a rapid AWS-to-GCP migration), and deliver unified API and SaaS solutions across enterprise portfolios. Comfortable bridging architecture, delivery, and people management, he’s driven Agile adoption, SDLC governance, and operational processes that reduced time-to-market and lowered TCO. His background spans fintech, healthcare, real estate, and infrastructure, with a track record of scaling teams offshore and onshore while preserving engineering quality. Known for combining technical depth in cloud, .NET, and API architecture with a people-first leadership style, he also emphasizes culture—daily goals to make work enjoyable, help others succeed, and follow the golden rule. An entrepreneurial streak shows through his years running a consulting firm and early-career full-stack development and DBA roles, giving him both strategic and gritty operational perspectives.
