SeniorSteven Milstein is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and governance strategist with 16 years of experience, currently co-leading Trust Over IP as Steering Committee Co-chair and co-chairing multiple working groups focused on ecosystems, governance, and data modeling. Based in Montreal, he founded Collab.Ventures and leads Rosie, an AI-and-cryptography driven platform that modernizes GRC by turning static policies into reusable, cascade-able components that keep organizations continuously aligned. He combines hands-on product development and storytelling with practical expertise in compliance, risk, and interoperable trust frameworks, and contributes to industry initiatives like C2PA.
