Top SchoolSteven Stockton is a pragmatic QA and technical support professional with 11 years of experience delivering manual and automated quality assurance, Excel report automation, and VBA validation across Windows, macOS, Linux, and legacy platforms. He pairs hands-on troubleshooting—repairing lasers, restoring production Excel files, closing network breaches, and fixing robotics—with software skills in bash, C, JavaScript/CSS/HTML, VBScript and browser extensions. Steven also teaches technology use and problem‑solving techniques to reduce repeated support requests and has run trainings in laser and food safety. Comfortable with both modern cloud apps and vintage systems (from Commodore 64 to Mac System 7), he brings a rare blend of deep legacy knowledge and practical modern tooling. Clients appreciate his knack for rescuing broken systems and making complex report designs auditable and maintainable.
