Top SchoolSthefanne Batista is a Product Designer (UX/UI) with over a decade of professional experience and six years focused on delivering user-centered digital products across health, government, fintech, e-commerce and international development. She has led end-to-end design for high-impact, multi-country platforms—such as Indonesia’s SMILE vaccine and medical waste system—bringing measurable improvements in consistency and usability via scalable design systems. Comfortable in both fast-paced startups and complex multilateral programs, she combines user research, interaction design and prototyping with stakeholder facilitation to translate policy and domain complexity into clear, usable interfaces. Her work habitually reduces support load and speeds delivery (including shipping an app two months early) by embedding UX workflows and cross-functional routines. Sthefanne is particularly skilled at governing design systems and embedding human-centered design within large organizations, which has earned consistent positive feedback from leadership and partners. Based in Porto, Portugal, she pairs practical impact-driven design with a knack for simplifying technical and regulatory language for end users.
