Top SchoolStuart Fraser is a disaster risk and catastrophe analytics specialist with over a decade of experience translating geophysical and hydro-meteorological science into practical risk assessment tools for development banks, insurers and governments. He leads technical delivery and product development—building online multi-hazard screening tools, open data transformation utilities and Python/GIS evacuation mapping software—while advising clients including the World Bank, GFDRR, ADB and the Insurance Development Forum. With a PhD in Emergency Management and five years as a catastrophe analyst at Aon, he combines rigorous modeling, field-based tsunami research and practical exposure-data workflows to bridge academia, policy and the private sector. Stuart’s work emphasizes open risk modelling and interoperability, evidenced by contributions to public catalogues and tools that make complex hazard, exposure and vulnerability data accessible to non‑technical decision makers.
