Senior🎓
Top SchoolStuart Woodward is a seasoned technology executive and software engineer who has worked in Japan since 1988 and currently leads Hanamaru K.K. as CEO. He brings deep hands-on expertise in localization, server-side systems, cloud hosting, and site reliability, with a track record of rooting out complex performance and reliability issues across hardware, kernel, networking and application layers. Stuart has moved from early product engineering and multilingual software localization into internet-scale hosting, solution architecture and service delivery for insurance and enterprise customers, often acting as the technical bridge between Japan and Europe. He introduced Agile practices early in his teams, automates operational tasks with Python, Ansible and Django, and has applied data-driven log analysis (millions of lines) to isolate production faults. An Englishman based in Chiyoda, he combines long-term operational experience with a persistent curiosity shown in personal projects such as email automation and public-data Twitter bots.
