Subham
Software Engineer at Google
Summary
🤩
RockstarSubham Pramanik is a pragmatic technology leader and entrepreneur with nine years of experience building cloud-native systems and developer-facing AI tools from the Bay Area. Currently CTO at a stealth startup, he has a track record as a founding engineer/CTO across multiple early-stage companies where he shipped production systems for code search, spoken-language assessment, and lending operations. Before re-entering startups he spent three years as a software engineer at Google working across cloud stacks, bringing large-scale engineering practices to fast-moving teams. His work at DoWhile AI produced a market-leading code search and understanding engine, and he has repeatedly translated research-forward ideas into usable products. Comfortable spanning hiring, architecture, and hands-on implementation, he combines product intuition with deep system-building chops. Notably, his background blends formal IT training with self-driven full-stack certification, reflecting both academic and practical routes into software leadership.
