Top SchoolSujeevan Vijayakumaran is a DevOps Solutions Architect with 13 years of experience helping organizations adopt cloud-native practices and improve developer experience. He has held progressive solutions and consulting roles at GitLab and Grafana Labs before joining Friday Deployments, blending hands-on engineering with customer-facing architecture and change management. Sujeevan’s background in software and network engineering (MSc) grounds his approach to observability, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code while keeping operational simplicity front and center. He excels at translating complex tooling choices into measurable productivity gains for teams, not just technical designs. Based in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, he pairs enterprise-scale experience with a practitioner’s mindset, often working directly in customer environments to accelerate outcomes. An author and lifelong learner, he brings both technical depth and an emphasis on DevEx that’s sometimes overlooked in traditional DevOps roles.
