Top SchoolSulaiman Adewale is a technology-agnostic software engineer and founder with nine years of experience building and leading engineering teams across fintech, payments, and consumer platforms from Lagos, Nigeria. He has held senior and CTO-level roles at startups and scaleups—driving product delivery at Buysafe, Macroware, Kiakia, Boost Zambia, and most recently founding Xara AI after a stint as Senior Software Engineer at Voya App. Comfortable across the full stack, he focuses on developer experience and scalable systems, often stepping into hands-on engineering while setting technical strategy. His background blends formal technical study with disciplined self-education, reflecting a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to shipping products under resource constraints. Notably, he moves between leadership and coding roles fluidly, a pattern that helps early-stage teams accelerate from prototype to production.
