Summary
👤
SeniorSuman Das is an engineering leader with roughly a decade of hands-on experience driving CI/CD, test automation, and quality strategies across finance, regulatory, and healthcare domains. Currently an Engineering Champion at RBC Capital Markets, he brings platform-level improvements—frameworks, logging, and tooling—to accounts and liquidity systems while also serving as an associate director in cash management technology. At Goldman Sachs he led shift-left engineering for Marcus, building Kubernetes-driven ephemeral infra, test-metrics-driven release platforms, OPA policy validation at scale, and standardized containerization and release practices across multiple products. He combines executive, team-lead, and individual-contributor experience delivering ground-up solutions across the SDLC and mentoring junior engineers to accelerate their careers. Notably, he has a track record of reducing release friction by instrumenting DORA/K6 metrics and automating high-volume test suites (tens of thousands of rule checks) to improve confidence and velocity.
