Senior🎓
Top SchoolSuraj Dubey is a Senior Software Engineer based in Hyderabad with 12 years of experience building high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems for logistics and operations. He has led teams to migrate monoliths to microservices, delivering measurable outcomes like 40% cost savings and 50% faster development cycles while maintaining 99.9% SLA on mission-critical sortation and container-loading systems. Comfortable across mobile and backend stacks, he has shipped Android and iOS apps used in day-to-day courier operations and architected services that handle 100k–500k parcels per day with sub-20ms latencies. A hands-on leader and founding engineer, Suraj blends product-minded engineering with operational partnership, standardizing patterns and hiring to scale teams. He routinely pairs practical engineering (Cassandra, DynamoDB, Snowflake, GCP/AWS) with mentorship to grow junior engineers into reliable contributors. Beyond systems design, he brings entrepreneurial experience from building a hyperlocal services startup and multiple consumer apps, giving him a pragmatic bias toward shipping impact.
