Top SchoolSwann Bouvier-muller is a pragmatic full‑stack web developer and product-minded tech lead with over a decade of experience building and refactoring SaaS platforms, API backends (Django/Python) and mobile‑first frontends (Alpine.js, HTMX, Tailwind). He combines hands‑on engineering with product ownership and RFP/project‑pilot expertise, having written briefs and run public procurement processes for cultural and public-sector clients. As a lead he’s formed and managed freelance teams, automated deployments, and driven data-heavy features such as GeoDjango/PostGIS integrations for regulatory SaaS. Comfortable across delivery, coaching and security/quality practices, he also volunteers as president of a developer collective and pursues deeper craftsmanship through open source contributions. Based in Auch, France, he brings a rare blend of technical depth, stakeholder facilitation and experience turning legacy systems into maintainable, deployable products.
