Senior🎓
Top SchoolSybre Waaijer is a hands-on director and founder with over two decades of IT experience and a decade of formal entrepreneurial leadership, specializing in high-performance web hosting, server administration, and WordPress ecosystems. He built and scaled projects like The SEO Framework and CyberWire, combining deep infrastructure know-how—VPS orchestration, DNS tooling, load balancing, and database splitting—with a perfectionist mindset for long-term reliability. Self-taught across hardware and software, he thrives on solving messy, real-world problems from malware removal to bespoke multi-site configurations. Comfortable working solo or leading technical direction, he moves deliberately to deliver solutions that are future-proof rather than quick fixes. Based in South Holland, he runs on caffeine and solar power, reflecting a pragmatic, self-reliant approach to engineering and operations.
