Top SchoolSylphia Nox is a Software Developer II in the Greater Seattle Area with a decade of hands-on experience building tools and customer-facing solutions, blending software engineering with an IT and security background. At Exiger she moves between development and support, creating Python-driven deliverables and internal tools that streamline federal solutions workflows. Previously she advanced through support and engineering roles at MicroStrategy, producing SDK samples and knowledge-base content that bridged product APIs and real-world integrations. Her early career in network engineering and helpdesk operations gives her practical systems troubleshooting skills and familiarity with deployment and monitoring practices. Outside typical engineer duties she has led training and process development—evident from instructor and team-lead roles—and even applied CAD and fabrication skills as a parkour gym designer. Sylphia brings a pragmatic, security-minded approach to shipping reliable tooling that serves both internal teams and external customers.
