Top SchoolTácio Costa is a backend-focused software engineer with a decade of experience building high-throughput, production systems across food tech, telemetry, games and education, currently at Uber in São Paulo. He has designed and migrated architectures from monoliths to microservices, led API integrations for IoT big-data solutions, and helped scale server-driven UI services serving hundreds of thousands of requests per minute using Go, Node.js, Python, Kafka and AWS. Pragmatic about reliability and observability, he implemented monitoring and testing practices that improved operational readiness and test coverage across teams. Lately he’s deepening his expertise in distributed systems and Go, blending hands-on engineering with a systems-architecture mindset.
