Senior🎓
Top SchoolTagôre Cardoso is a senior full-stack engineer and two-time founder with 11 years blending hands-on product delivery and startup leadership, currently building at Fanatics. He moves quickly from problem discovery to production, favoring pragmatic technical trade-offs that prioritize user value and continuous learning over perfection. His core stack—React, Vue, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL and AWS—has powered SaaS and real-time platforms for construction and drone geoprocessing, including a pivot from services to product that scaled a team to 16 and raised seed funding. Comfortable owning the full lifecycle, he pairs strong fundamentals with modern AI tooling to validate ideas faster and lower the cost of mistakes. Based in Paraná, Brazil, he thrives in autonomous environments where success is measured by shipped products, user adoption, and tangible business progress.
