Senior🎓
Top SchoolTales G is a seasoned Software Engineer with 11 years of experience building and leading full-stack and backend systems across Brazil, currently contributing at Jobsity after technical lead and senior engineering roles. He designs scalable microservices and serverless architectures using Node.js, Java, Python and AWS, and has driven measurable productivity gains by introducing reusable component libraries (30% faster dev) and automated containerized deployments (80% faster deploys). His background includes high-throughput financial systems with Kafka, large-scale data aggregation (700GB MLS consolidation), and production serverless pipelines, demonstrating both operational rigor and pragmatic engineering. Beyond coding, he’s repeatedly taken ownership of documentation, CI/CD, and tooling—creating CLI and validation tools that improved data quality and reduced latency. Based in Goiás, Brazil, he blends hands-on development with technical leadership and a knack for choosing opinionated frameworks to tame complexity.
