Senior🎓
Top SchoolTan Tran is a veteran CEO and entrepreneur with 25+ years steering technology companies from inception to public markets and extensive experience taking non-US firms through US IPOs and SEC/FINRA compliance. He blends deep high-tech product and go-to-market experience with hands-on deal-making—M&A, cross-border transactions, capital raises, and designing private securities—to restructure and scale businesses globally. As founder or CEO of multiple startups and a board member, he has built fintech and SaaS offerings that address working capital and hospitality operations across Southeast Asia, notably driving a Vietnam-focused P2P lending marketplace that facilitated nearly $15M in disbursements. Known for bridging Silicon Valley engineering culture with emerging-market pragmatism, he focuses today on digital banking adoption in Vietnam and the broader SE Asian market. Less obvious: he pairs product-level telephony and VoIP engineering roots with senior corporate finance skills, enabling technical diligence and operational integration during acquisitions. Based in Irvine, CA, Tan combines operator instincts with investor perspective to execute complex cross-border growth strategies.
