Top SchoolTan Vachiramon is a Principal/Staff data scientist and founder with a DPhil from Oxford and 11+ years building production ML and analytics at Roblox, Meta (Oculus), and Airbnb. He specializes in translating complex instrumentation into actionable KPIs and models that move core business metrics — from company-wide game engine stability metrics and Android engagement wins at Roblox to driving 300k new users and 1M nights via a business-traveler classifier at Airbnb. At Meta he led hand-tracking analytics and deployed an online model to predict headset tracking loss, plus an OKR dashboard that accelerated bug discovery across the Quest fleet. Equally comfortable in research and product settings, he’s shipped large-scale benchmarking frameworks, cost-reduction models for megascale services, and satellite-backed consumer tooling as the founder of Topo. Known for bridging deep technical rigor with pragmatic product outcomes, he looks for senior roles where hard measurement and elegant models solve thorny product and infrastructure problems.
