Senior🎓
Top SchoolTatiana Kleshnina is a Senior Technical Product Manager with 11 years of experience turning complex technical challenges into scalable AI-native products and high-load SaaS/PaaS systems. She has a proven track record of 0→1 product ownership—productizing semantic search, NLP behavioral models, and vector matching to scale candidate pools by 20x—and delivering mission-critical launches like a 10k+ user conference with 100% uptime. Comfortable toggling between hands-on ML/engineering architecture and executive strategy, she has led R&D teams of 25+ and prepared technical due diligence for a successful $30M investment round. Founder of Paqmind and DevScanr, Tatiana blends product-led growth with data intelligence for recruiting and marketing use cases, and prefers rapid MVPs followed by stabilization and scale. Based in Oregon with an M.S. in Computer Systems and Networks (Honors), she brings a practical engineering pedigree from front-end through full-stack roles into product leadership. An uncommon strength: she consistently drives engineering velocity by translating deep technical specs (SRS/API/NFR) into prioritized roadmaps that reduce time-to-market.
