Top SchoolTaylor Ho is a design-focused engineer with 10 years of experience building high-impact front-end products and design systems, currently shaping UI at Block after leading cross-functional design and engineering work at Twitch. They specialize in bridging Figma systems and React component libraries, shipping revenue-driving mobile web clients and stewarding high-revenue viewer experiences informed by A/B testing and ML-backed recommendations. A pragmatic creator, Taylor has a history of taking zero-to-one products from concept to launch—most notably Twitch’s early non-gaming verticals and the platform’s first fundraising feature—and has won multiple company hackathons whose outcomes became core features. Based in San Francisco and co-founder of Hawaiians in Technology, they pair product craft with community-building to amplify Native Hawaiian representation in tech. Their background spans prototyping to production code across Unity, agency work, and student media projects, reflecting a blend of visual design, front-end engineering, and measurable business impact.
