Senior🎓
Top SchoolTaylor Sam is a Human Service Social Worker in Sacramento County with a diverse eight-year background that bridges behavioral health, case management, music instruction, and seven years as a professional full-stack software engineer. They’ve led and shipped enterprise web applications (React, TypeScript, Node) used by thousands of financial advisors and tens of thousands of end users, and previously ran a high-performing development team that generated significant company revenue. Taylor pairs technical skills—SEO, React/Next, Express, PostgreSQL—with hands-on care experience delivering one-on-one interventions, support coordination, and inclusive music education for students with special needs. This blend of empathy-driven social work and pragmatic engineering gives them a rare ability to translate human-centered needs into scalable digital solutions. Based in Sacramento, they are equally comfortable mentoring engineers, coordinating multidisciplinary care teams, or teaching a student their first guitar chord.
