Top SchoolTC Kida is an independent artist and technologist based in Seattle with 11 years of experience building user-centered software and design for mission-driven organizations. They blend full-stack engineering (React, Node, PostgreSQL, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails) with product, data, and mentoring experience—having led engineering teams, managed DevOps for mobile app releases, and run fellowship programs for junior engineers. TC has a strong track record in nonprofits and social justice contexts (Crisis Text Line, WAISN, Code the Dream), where they’ve translated complex stakeholder needs into sustainable internal tools and public-facing resources. Equally comfortable with hands-on carpentry and studio practice, they bring a pragmatic, multidisciplinary approach to problem solving and a history of helping launch worker-owned and cooperative initiatives.
