Top SchoolTennyson Zvaita is a Spider Developer and Ruby on Rails engineer with eight years’ experience building backend-first web applications and resilient scraping pipelines. Based in Harare, he combines deep Rails expertise with React front-end skills and practical experience in PostgreSQL, Redis-flavored feed work, and test-driven development. At RevaGroup he designed and maintained scalable Scrapy spiders that handle 50+ real-estate sites, automated job orchestration, and kept production scrapers healthy via observability and Sentry alerts. He thrives in remote, Agile teams, pairing across disciplines with SEO and data teams to ship performant features and integrated analytics. A Microverse-trained full-stack developer and HIT graduate, he balances pragmatic maintenance of customer apps with continuous exploration of new tools and infrastructure like Netlify and Heroku. Notably, his profile blends backend durability with hands-on scraping operations—a useful combo for data-driven product engineering.
