Top SchoolTerra Caussin is a Staff Product Designer in Baltimore with a decade of experience translating complex, multidisciplinary problems into elegant digital experiences. Trained as an architect and later retrained in UX, Terra applies an uncommon blend of wayfinding, accessibility-first thinking and hands-on front-end work to enterprise design systems and large-scale products. She has led design systems at security and SaaS companies, driving consistency across product ecosystems while balancing innovation with established UX paradigms. Comfortable moving between research, information architecture, interaction design and implementation, she excels at creating processes, documentation and tooling that enable cross-functional teams to ship faster. Terra’s background in public transit signage and construction administration gives her a practical, systems-oriented perspective that informs usability and long-term maintainability.
