Summary
👤
SeniorThanh Le is a seasoned technology leader and CTO with nearly 15 years in software development and nine years in senior engineering roles, known for building full-stack teams and product-focused engineering organizations. He has scaled Nest Tech VN from zero to a 20+ engineer company and led development of three consumer-facing products—Kalpha, Oddjob, and Hey English—each spanning backend, web, and mobile with Node.js, MongoDB, AWS, Vue, React Native, Kotlin and Swift. Thanh combines hands-on engineering (mobile roots) with product and operational leadership, including recruiting, process design, cross-functional coordination, and go-to-market execution that drove Hey English to 50k users and 40% MAU within 12 months on limited funding. He is active in open source, contributing to projects like react-native-navigation and sharing tooling via gists, reflecting a practical commitment to community knowledge-sharing. Comfortable moving between code and executive decisions, he excels at rescuing and scaling troubled products for rapid user growth. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, he currently serves as CTO of LEAP LLC and co-founder of innlab.vn, bringing startup grit and systems-level thinking to product engineering.
