Senior🎓
Top SchoolThéo Crevon is a Principal Software Engineer based in Berlin with 11 years of experience building large-scale web services, connectivity platforms, and open-source tooling. He blends a rare humanities background in literature and philosophy with deep technical breadth—C++, Rust, Go, Python and systems design—to lead architecture, product-aligned engineering strategy, and cross-functional teams. Théo helped ship Ableton Cloud and has been a core maintainer of Grafana Labs’ k6, writing modules (Redis, Tracing, WebCrypto, AWS) and shaping developer-facing observability tooling. Comfortable in both hands-on implementation and department-level decision-making, he excels at translating user needs into robust APIs, distributed systems, and automation. Known for curiosity-driven problem solving, he started in linguistics and photography before turning that analytical lens toward cryptography, distributed systems, and developer experience.
