Top SchoolTheodor T is a Lead Full-Stack Engineer and founder with over a decade of experience building high-performance web platforms and modernizing large media estates. Currently leading engineering at an AI-driven SaaS via Metalab and running Three Tech Consulting, he blends hands-on optimization (profiling NestJS, Next.js, AWS Lambda) with strategic product-building and internal AI toolkits. He’s shipped scalable systems for millions of users—redesigning high-traffic sites, architecting headless frontends, and implementing secure paywalls and modular checkout systems. Deep expertise spans React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Docker and Vercel, plus hybrid mobile work with Ionic. A pragmatic leader and mentor, he improves developer experience through monorepos, testing, and DX tooling while still diving into performance bottlenecks. Notably, he pairs startup agility with enterprise-grade reliability, building IP like rapid AI MVP kits and an AI-powered UX analysis platform.
