Senior🎓
Top SchoolThibault Fouache is a pragmatic technology and product leader with 13 years’ experience building cloud-native, data-driven platforms and leading engineering organizations across banking, fintech, and enterprise software. As Chief Product & Technology Officer and partner at Bazzile Technology he drives full-stack delivery (React/React Native, Elixir) and cloud architecture while still hands-on managing small agile teams. He has scaled engineering organizations up to ~40 people, owned SRE and migration to AWS, and led blockchain custody and crypto-enabled initiatives at Ripple and FlowBank. A former auditor and lecturer, he blends security- and compliance-minded thinking with developer-first practices like TDD and DevOps to align product roadmaps with regulatory constraints. Notably, he introduced company-wide AI tooling at SCRYPT to create an always-on executive assistant that improved cross-functional coordination. Based in Geneva, he pairs strong stakeholder fluency with a track record of turning complex financial and trading domain requirements into production-grade software.
