Top SchoolThom Ivy is a founder and operations-focused leader with 8 years of experience scaling developer ecosystems, launching protocols, and building product-to-market motion across Web3 and consumer startups. Currently founding RateScope to bring rate intelligence to behavioral health, he pairs a pragmatic clinical training in mental health counseling with deep operational expertise from roles that grew networks to millions of participants and launched major mainnets and validator ecosystems. Known for translating high-pressure, cross-functional problems into measurable outcomes, he emphasizes clear case formulation, incentives design, and developer enablement. His background in philosophy and a track record in marketing and product growth give him a rare mix of behavioral insight, strategic rigor, and creative storytelling. He’s equally comfortable negotiating DAO governance and supervising clinical development, driven by an interest in tuning human judgment and integrating depth with efficiency. Located in Austin, Thom brings founder grit and systems thinking to intersections of tech, healthcare, and community governance.
