Top SchoolThomas Arp is a Senior Consultant based in Oslo with 18 years of hands-on experience building Java-centric enterprise solutions, cloud services, and high-availability web platforms. He brings deep expertise across C and Java ecosystems—spanning client-server systems, Spring, JPA, microservices, Enonic CMS, and DevOps practices including AWS and GCP deployments. Thomas combines developer craftsmanship with operational rigour: he designs secure CI/CD pipelines, monitors production with Grafana/PagerDuty, and has led teams as scrum master and public-facing company representative. His background in hospitality early in his career informs a strong customer focus and service mindset that helped triple revenue in a prior role. Equally comfortable writing low-level C networking code or Kotlin Spring Boot services, he excels at turning complex integration requirements into stable, scalable production systems.
