Senior🎓
Top SchoolThomas Bomboh is a DevOps trainer and content creator based in Montreal with 11 years of hands-on experience building and migrating infrastructure for companies from startups to Ubisoft. He specializes in Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and cloud migrations—having moved services on-prem to AWS, replaced configuration management with image-based infra via CloudFormation, and implemented GitLab CI and Jenkins pipelines. Thomas has a strong systems background (OpenStack, KVM, ESXi, Docker) and a track record of reducing provisioning time from weeks to minutes and enabling zero-downtime blue/green deployments. He pairs scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Lambdas) with monitoring and observability stacks (Elasticsearch, Grafana) to keep complex environments reliable. As a trainer and former Linux instructor, he also focuses on knowledge transfer and practical tooling adoption, often turning legacy estates into automated, auditable platforms. Not obvious from titles: he began in desktop/IT support and payment systems development, giving him a rare end-to-end operational perspective from user support to large-scale cloud ops.
