Top SchoolThomas Harrison is a serial founder and crypto-native CEO with 11 years of experience building consumer financial products and onchain protocols in New York. He founded a VC-backed startup that was acquired and later led the design and launch of the Gemini Credit Card—scaling a 500k+ waitlist and pioneering instant, switchable crypto rewards through partnerships with WeBank and Mastercard. Now co-founding Kairos to build an onchain interest rate protocol, he blends product-first leadership with hands-on operational chops across payments, onboarding, and financial reporting. An IT nerd and crypto enthusiast by inclination, he pairs a finance background from Santa Clara University with practical growth experience scaling mobile products to hundreds of thousands of users. Notably, he has repeatedly taken concepts from prototype to market, demonstrating an uncommon ability to align product, partners, and regulatory-facing finance functions.
