Top SchoolThomas Nignan is a Senior Full Stack Developer with seven years of experience building secure, high-performance web applications for fintech and health-tech environments. Based in Kigali, he specializes in architecting mission-critical banking systems—designing international transfer modules, 2FA flows, and loan origination platforms—while driving rigorous code quality and vulnerability remediation. He pairs a formal background in Finance and Computer Science with hands-on expertise across React, Redux/RTK, Python/Django, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL to translate complex business requirements into resilient, scalable solutions. Known for front-end performance tuning (data caching, lazy loading) and achieving full test coverage on critical paths, he has also led small teams and mentored developers through code reviews and technical leadership. Outside core banking work he’s delivered impact at scale—helping a pharmacy procurement platform reach significant market penetration in Nigeria—and maintains a strong interest in tech for social change across Fintech, Health-tech, and Agri-tech.
