Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolThomas Ramé is a senior software engineer and maker with 11 years of experience building cloud-native products that bridge public service and consumer impact. Based in Brest, France, he currently leads development for Siprès, a search engine promoting French-made local products, while supporting multiple missions at beta.gouv.fr to modernize public-sector digital services. He’s shipped end-to-end systems across startups and institutions—from fintech and IoT to national civic platforms—using technologies like Kubernetes, Next.js, tRPC, GraphQL, and TypeScript. A co-founder of bunny.money, he pairs product-first thinking with hands-on architecture work (Kafka, Go, cloud CI/CD) and a track record of making prototypes production-ready. Thomas combines formal training in ML and blockchain with practical experience in accessibility, RAG/LLM integrations, and developer tooling, making him as comfortable mentoring teams as shipping critical features. He favors mission-driven projects that produce measurable social value and often surfaces simple, pragmatic solutions to complex policy-technology problems.
