Senior🎓
Top SchoolThomas Shaw is a pragmatic CTO and co-founder with nine years of hands-on experience building and rescuing React/TypeScript front-ends and improving developer workflows across startups and scale-ups in Argentina. He excels at lifting abandoned codebases, reducing bundle sizes and CI costs, and instituting testing and release pipelines that dramatically lower production bugs and speed deliveries. A developer-first leader, he has led teams of 5–15 engineers to measurable gains in performance and stability while still shipping user-focused features and improving UX. Comfortable across full-stack web tooling, Vim, Chrome and Linux, he favors reusability and performance-first tradeoffs and thrives in high-intensity, product-driven environments. Less obvious: he combines founding experience in healthcare and tax-tech products with a consistent track record of turning technical debt into predictable, auditable delivery.
