Senior🎓
Top SchoolThomas Van Steenwinckel is a seasoned web technologist and entrepreneurial CTO with over two decades of experience building and modernizing web platforms across agencies, startups, and freelance engagements. As Co-founder and CTO of DashStylists he led a full platform overhaul—migrating legacy data, defining the tech stack, and shipping an MVP that improved adoption, UX, and revenue for a mobile hair-stylist marketplace. He is a pragmatic full‑stack engineer comfortable with APIs, payments, geolocation and analytics, and has repeatedly delivered industry-specific solutions for accounting, hospitality, wine distribution, gaming, and recruitment. Comfortable switching hats between product, design and engineering, he introduced Agile practices and built behavior-analysis tools to drive customer-centric improvements. Early agency roots and long freelance stints give him a blend of large-team discipline and rapid, lean delivery mindset. Based in Paris, he pairs deep practical experience with a knack for translating messy legacy systems into usable, scalable products.
